The SkyTec SUA Academy is fully licensed by the Irish Aviation Authority under EASA guidlines to conduct both ground and flight training in the use of small unmanned aircraft (drones). The Unmanned Aircraft Training Organisation at SkyTec Academy fulfils regulations pertaining to training requirements and standards of competency that must be attained prior to the issue of more complex and higher risk based operations not obtainable from the IAA MySRS system of registeration and on line permissions.
